Exchange Policy (No Refunds)
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Eligibility for exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start an exchange
To start an exchange, please contact us at info@sunisdown.store.
If your exchange request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
You can exchange an item only for a different size or the same item, subject to availability.
No refunds
We do not offer refunds. Returned items are eligible only for exchange. Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be able to place a new order or receive the exchanged item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
